Meet Dr. Michael Jensen

MICHAEL JENSEN, DDS

Michael Jensen, D. D. S. earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. He then went on to graduate with honors from The University of the Pacific School of Dentistry located in San Francisco. Dr. Jensen began practicing in Upland, CA in 2010 where he performed mostly oral surgery procedures such as wisdom teeth extraction and dental implants.

Dr. Jensen joined Dr. Jorge Oaxaca and Dr. Howard Ong at Oaxaca, Ong and Jensen DDS in Seal Beach in 2015. Dr. Jensen has advanced education in sedation dentistry and holds a permit to administer IV moderate sedation in the office.

Dr. Jensen is a dedicated dentist who prides himself on his commitment to patient care and kind calming bedside manner. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds solace and joy in exploring the world with his beloved wife and two daughters. Their shared passion for travel and culinary adventures has taken them to different corners of the globe, where they enjoy in local cultures and savoring authentic cuisine. When not traveling or sampling delicacies, the Jensen family can often enjoy various outdoor activities, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and adventure in their lives.
